Shana has been working in the Early Childhood Special Education field for over 20 years. In her current role with the Paul Bunyan Education Cooperative (PBEC), Shana is one of the Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Coordinators primarily serving the Aitkin, Crosby-Ironton, Pequot Lakes, Pillager, and Pine River-Backus school districts. Previously, Shana held an ECSE Teacher role within the Brainerd Public School’s Early Intervention (B-2) program, and she held an ECSE Teacher role within the Anoka-Hennepin School district’s Birth-5 ECSE Programs. .
