Katy Kelm has been a National Certified School Psychologist at the Paul Bunyan Education Cooperative since 1995. Katy completed her undergraduate degree at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota and earned a Specialist Degree in School Psychology from Moorhead State University. Katy is originally from a farm near Devils Lake, North Dakota and she finished her high school years near the Twin Cities in Forest Lake, Minnesota. Katy has three stepchildren who have blessed her and her husband with seven grandchildren. She has two younger sons, a high school senior and a sophomore in college. Katy enjoys outdoor activities like boating, hiking and biking.
