Jeffrey Lee is a Special Education Coordinator with the Paul Bunyan Education Cooperative (PBEC). With a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Central Methodist University and a Master’s degree in Special Education from St. Cloud State University, Jeffrey brings a strong educational background to his role.
Prior to joining PBEC, Jeffrey held positions as a Special Education Teacher in a Setting IV program and a Lead Special Education Teacher with the Brainerd Public School District. He has also gained valuable experience as a school-based Mental Health Practitioner, a Program Director of a residential group home, and a Correctional Officer with the Missouri Department of Corrections. These diverse roles have provided him with a deep understanding of evidence-based practices, behavior characteristics, behavior management, and social/emotional development.
Since 2010, Jeffrey has been actively engaged in working with youth with diverse needs in the Brainerd Lakes area. His passion for special education and commitment to improving student outcomes have been evident throughout his career. Jeffrey’s expertise in data-driven decision-making, instructional support, and collaboration makes him a valuable asset in the field of special education, ensuring that students receive the individualized support they need to thrive.
