Join us for this virtual workshop to learn how parents and professionals can work together as partners and explore practical tools like care plans\, communication logs\, and transition checklists. You’ll also gain the confidence to help you take a leading role in guiding your child’s journey through the health care system. \nThriving Together: A family’s guide to navigating disability services is a workshop series that brings together families and professionals to learn practical tools and strategies to help inform the experience of raising a child with a disability. Each workshop will focus on one of five different themes: family experience\, healthcare navigation\, public benefits\, school health\, and community support.
